RCF: The government is planning to sell 10 per cent stake in Rashtriya Chemical and Fertilizers (RCF) and invited bids from merchant banker and legal firms for managing the share sale process. Interested merchant bankers and legal advisors will have to be submit their bids by January 28 and January 29, respectively, the DIPAM said in a notice.
Cadila Healthcare: Drug firm Zydus Cadila on Sunday said it has received DCGI approval to initiate Phase III clinical trials of its COVID-19 vaccine ZyCoV-D. The company will now be initiating Phase III clinical trial in around 30,000 volunteers, Zydus Cadila said in a statement.
Reliance Industries (RIL): The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) penalised RIL and its chairman and managing director Mukesh Ambani as well as two other entities for their alleged role in carrying out manipulative trades in Reliance Petroleum Ltd in 2007. Ashok Leyland: Hinduja-flagship firm Ashok Leyland on Friday reported a 14 per cent increase in its total commercial vehicle sales at 12,762 units in December 2020. The company had sold a total of 11,168 units in December 2019, Ashok Leyland said in a regulatory filing.
Coal India: Coal India Ltd’s output grew 6.3% to 156.8 million tonnes (MT) coal during October-December 2020 compared to 147.5 MT it produced for the same quarter last year. Production increase in volume terms was 9.3 MTs during the period.
